Our in-house project managers work in partnership with our architects, designers, third party contractors, International partners and the client to produce fully functional and compliant workshops, recommending appropriate equipment to suit curriculum and learner/student needs. We can also undertake full equipment/machinery audits, ensuring it meets relevant regulations and provide anticipated life-cycles information, upgrading where feasible. Quotations are produced from room data sheets & drawings, including vital mechanical & electrical details.

We offer the following services under our workshop solution.
Workshop layouts
Following creation of CAD files, we submit final room plans for approval by client. All equipment and machinery recommended meets the necessary health & safety requirement specified in BB81 and BS4163:2014. We also produce full mechanical & electrical specifications for the design & planning stages, including electrical phase & loading, type of connection, machine weight, fume & dust extraction needs and gas flow rates.

Installation
Our in-house project managers & installation team are fully qualified and experienced – each project has a dedicated Head Office Project Coordinator and a qualified in-house Project Manager. Our Project Managers have either an engineering or technical education and will install, commission and certify all machinery & equipment before handing it over to the client.

Training & support
Once all machinery has been installed, we provide on-site familiarisation, demonstrations and specialist on-site training courses. Our dedicated in-house technical team is available to support and answer questions.

'Peace of mind’ maintenance and servicing
Our market leading Maintenance and Servicing package provides a comprehensive service, and includes compulsory Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing, ensuring the longevity and use of your investment. Our experienced engineers carry out yearly comprehensive checks and preventative maintenance, giving a detailed report on each piece of equipment, recommending any further remedial work if necessary.
